Does Dorsey Furniture offer a satisfaction guarantee?
YES! We're committed to your satisfaction.
Dorsey's exclusive 30-day satisfaction guarantee ensures your satisfaction with any product or service. If you're not satisfied for any reason, just return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full, in-store credit.

Does Dorsey Furniture have a pricing policy?
YES! We are committed to bringing our customers the best product at the best possible price. If within 30 days you find the same product advertised with a delivered price less than ours, Dorsey Furniture will refund 110% of the difference.

Can I "lay-a-way" furniture at Dorsey Furniture?
YES! Dorsey's six month lay-a-way plan can be started for as little as 10% down. Take up to six months to pay with as little as 10% each month. At the end of six months, all remaining balances are due. Should it become necessary to cancel your lay-a-way, all payments will become an in-store credit only.

Can Dorsey Furniture help me with special orders?
YES! We welcome special orders. The only requirement is a 50% deposit. Special orders normally take 8-12 weeks. However, due to the nature of special orders, delivery times are estimates only. Special orders canceled after 3 business days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

What is Dorsey Furniture's service policy?
We do the manufacturer's warranty one better! For the first year after delivery we will cover any labor and transportation charges not covered by the manufacturer. Didn't buy it here? Dorsey's will also service any product, from any manufacturer, purchased from any store! The first hour of service is free. (Most service takes less than an hour.) All you have to do is bring it to us, or we can pick it up for a small fee.
